What will my donation be used for?

CMI runs completely on donations and never runs out of need. Donations redeem children and families from slavery, and maintain them once free. Donations are needed to maintain our buildings and infrastructure. They provide clean drinking water in our villages. Donations save and change lives!

CMI's ideal budget is approximately $35.00/month for each child we redeem from slavery. Please consider how you can help. Small, ongoing donations go a long way. All donations are used to forward the cause of our mission.

It is vital that we support our beautiful girls. For girls, a lack of education subjects them to terrible conditions - usually servitude and often sexual abuse. Young girls are often the first to get dropped out of school when their families experience financial hardship. Please consider what you can do for our students.

What else can I do to help?

In addition to financial support and prayer, here are a few things you could do:

Subscribe to THE MISSION, our newsletter. Read the interesting and touching stories and share them with others. Consider placing a business advertisement in THE MISSION, by donation.

Help us find a venue to present. Presentations help CMI reach more people. They usually don't cost anything, we ask for donations. CMI presents to all audiences: church, school, social clubs, scout troops and others. CMI President, Vaughn Starr, tailors presentations for all types of audiences.

Travel with us. See the situation on the ground in person. Get to know and love our people. Serve with us in the most meaningful work of a lifetime. Know that your love and support change lives. Be the miracle someone truly needs. Spending 10 days on the ground is life-changing. You will return with a new sense of purpose and new ideas about the challenges you face in your own life and a different view on the honor and joy of giving. You will likely find yourself wondering who helped who more - did your experience do more for you than you did on the ground?
